Partners do not have to poll this page. Every incident is pushed to your registered webhooks as incident.declared and incident.resolved, and streamed on GET /api/v1/partner/stream. The raw JSON behind this page is public at /api/v1/status.

During planned maintenance the Partner API returns 503 MAINTENANCE with a Retry-After header. See the error reference for how to handle it.
